PANCAKES SUNDAY

5 HANDFULL OF OATS

1 TBS. OF HONEY

PINCH OF SALT

1 TBS. OF PEANUT BUTTER

2 EGGS

1 BANANA

1 TS. OF BAKING POWDER

2 DL. SOYA MILK

In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Allow to blend until the mixture is as smooth as you want it and blended well.  Allow the batter to stand for 10 minutes until thickened slightly.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. If you don't have that kind of fryng pan you can also use a non-stick spray like I do.
Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the frying pan, and cook until bubble form and the edges are dry, about 2 minutes. Flip, and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
These pancakes are awesome on their own, but they also welcome some company. You can add fress blueberries, chopped nuts, chocolate chips or keep it simple like me.... just honey and scrambled eggs on the side. A perfect sunday breakfast. It's easy, it's healthy and it taste incredibly delicious.  All in all, a fantastic alternative to regular old pancakes filled with protein, fibre and vitamins.                                                           Your welcome.
